Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Shreeaarrna website or making a purchase. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shreeaarrna Fine Jewellery.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the Shreeaarrna website (www.shreeaarrna.com) or purchasing any product from our showrooms or online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold and commodity prices.
  • We make every effort to display product images accurately; however, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography and screen calibration.
  • Gold weight, gemstone weight, and quality information are provided in good faith and are accurate to industry standards.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options through our authorised payment gateway partners.
  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We are not responsible for currency conversion charges levied by your bank.
  • Shreeaarrna reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to all major cities and towns in India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner delays.
  • Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
  • All jewellery is shipped in tamper-evident, insured packaging. Please inspect the packaging before accepting delivery.
  • Shreeaarrna is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unworn jewellery in its original packaging with all certificates intact.
  • Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • To initiate a return, contact care@shreeaarrna.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchange requests can be made within 30 days of purchase. The exchange value is based on current gold rates at the time of exchange.

6. Gold Exchange Programme

  • Shreeaarrna offers a gold exchange programme where you can exchange old gold jewellery (from any brand) towards the purchase of new jewellery.
  • The value offered for exchanged gold is based on current market rates and purity assessment conducted at our showrooms.
  • Purity assessment is final and conducted in the presence of the customer.
  • Shreeaarrna reserves the right to decline exchange of items suspected to be adulterated or of doubtful provenance.

7. Warranty and Hallmarking

  • All Shreeaarrna jewellery carries a BIS Hallmark certifying gold purity in accordance with the Bureau of Indian Standards.
  • A certificate of authenticity is provided with every purchase, detailing metal purity, weight, and stone specifications.
  • We offer lifetime free cleaning for all Shreeaarrna jewellery at any of our showrooms.
  • Manufacturing defects discovered within 6 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Shreeaarrna website, including product photographs, design images, text, logos, and video, is the exclusive property of Shreeaarrna Fine Jewellery.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
  • Shreeaarrna's jewellery designs are proprietary. Unauthorised copying or reproduction of designs is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Shreeaarrna's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
