Design
Lead the design of seasonal and limited-edition collections. You will work closely with master craftsmen to create pieces that balance aesthetic beauty with structural integrity.
- 5+ years of jewellery design experience
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM jewellery design software
- Portfolio demonstrating both traditional and contemporary design
- Deep knowledge of gold, gemstone, and diamond quality parameters
Showroom Sales Executive
Retail
Be the face of Shreeaarrna in our Pune showroom. You will guide customers through our collections, provide expert advice, and create truly memorable buying experiences.
- 2+ years in luxury retail or jewellery sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of gold purity, hallmarking, and BIS standards
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Digital Marketing Manager
Marketing
Drive Shreeaarrna's digital presence across social media, SEO, and performance marketing. Own the end-to-end digital customer acquisition and engagement strategy.
- 4+ years in digital marketing, preferably luxury/fashion
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
- Strong creative instinct and data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing influencer partnerships is a plus
Master Goldsmith / Karigar
Manufacturing
Join our artisan team and bring your craft to a platform that values quality above all. You will work on bespoke and high-end collections under the guidance of our Head of Manufacturing.
- 10+ years of goldsmithing / craftsmanship experience
- Expertise in kundan, meenakari, or filigree work preferred
- Ability to work from technical drawings and CAD prints
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
E-Commerce & Catalogue Executive
Technology & Digital
Own the digital product catalogue — coordinate product photography, write compelling product descriptions, and keep the online store up-to-date and conversion-optimised.
- 2+ years in e-commerce operations or catalogue management
- Strong copywriting skills for luxury products
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic image editing
- Eye for detail and strong organisational skills
